Gender equality index 2023

In accordance with the "Professional Future" law of 5 September 2018 and its implementing decree aimed at eliminating gender gaps, the Clinique Juge publishes its M/F equality index.

It corresponds to a level of result relating to existing pay and promotion gaps between men and women within its establishment.

1. Indicator - Pay gap (out of 40) 2. Indicator - Individual pay rise gap (out of 35)

3. Indicator - Increase on return from maternity leave (out of 15)

4. Indicator - Number of employees of the under-represented gender in the 10 highest paid (out of 10)
